Pass Criteria

  • Minimum 32% in Theory to pass each subject
  • Minimum 32% in Practical to pass each subject
  • Must pass both Theory AND Practical separately
  • Overall result is PASS only if all subjects are passed
  • GPA is the average of all subject grade points

Subject Categories

  • Theory 75 + Practical 25: C. Maths, Opt. Maths, Nepali, English, Science
  • Theory 50 + Practical 50: C++, DBMS, DDM, Chemistry
  • Total marks for each subject: 100
  • Total number of subjects: 9

GPA Calculation

  • Each subject gets a Grade Point based on percentage
  • GPA = Sum of all Grade Points / Total Subjects
  • Maximum GPA: 4.0 (All subjects A+)
  • GPA determines overall letter grade
  • If any subject is failed, result shows "See Grades"

About SEE

The Secondary Education Examination (SEE) is a national-level examination conducted by the National Examination Board (NEB), Government of Nepal. It is taken at the end of Grade 10 and serves as a gateway to higher secondary education. Previously known as SLC (School Leaving Certificate), SEE follows the GPA 4.0 grading system.
